No. Everyone in higher ed and workforce is welcome, whether or not your organization uses Liaison solutions.

Some programming, particularly product training and the Product Lounge, will be especially relevant to current Liaison clients.

June 22 is dedicated to pre-conference workshops, followed by Cheers at Check-In.

June 23 begins with the opening keynote and includes breakout sessions, the Product Lounge, and the Welcome Reception.

June 24 starts with a second keynote and concludes with the closing ceremony, including the IMPACT Awards, social media awards, and event announcements.

Conference registration is $595 until December 11, 2026, then $795. Save $200 with early-bird pricing.

Pre-conference workshops are an additional $195.

Your conference registration includes access to the main conference program on June 23–24, including:

• Keynotes.
• Breakout sessions.
• Product Lounge access.
• Conference social events, including the Welcome Reception and Closing Ceremony.
• Meals and snacks.

Pre-conference workshops are not included ($195 separately).

Yes. You may cancel your registration or transfer it to a colleague. To request a refund, contact event support by May 23, 2027. Approved refunds carry a $50 processing fee, and requests after that date are not guaranteed.

Yes. The Call for Proposals is open through December 9, 2026. Share practical lessons, real-world examples, and challenges worth discussing with higher ed enrollment, student success, and workforce peers.

The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad is the official hotel and venue.

The attendee rate is $275 per night, plus taxes and a $15 nightly resort charge, for stays June 16–29, 2027. Book by 5:00 p.m. PT on Friday, May 28, 2027. Cancel up to 72 hours before arrival.

Fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN), about 30 miles from the resort, McClellan-Palomar Airport (CLD), about 3 miles from the resort, or John Wayne Airport (SNA), about 60 miles from the resort.

Taxi or rideshare costs $35 to $140 each way, depending on the airport. Rental cars are also available.

If you’re attending a pre-conference workshop on June 22, plan to arrive on June 21 or early June 22.

If you’re joining the main conference program, arriving on June 22 gives you time to check in, get settled, and join us at Cheers at Check-In. The attendee hotel rate starts June 16.

Yes, parking is available at a discounted price for conference attendees: self-parking is $25 per vehicle per night (reduced from $40), and valet is $45 per vehicle per night (reduced from $65).

Meals and snacks are included in your registration and will be listed in the conference agenda so you can plan your day.

Please share any dietary needs in your registration form. We’ll use that information to plan meal options and accommodate dietary restrictions where possible.

You’ll be moving between meeting spaces, outdoor meal areas, and other parts of the venue throughout the day, so wear what keeps you comfortable. Carlsbad evenings can be cool, so bring a light layer.
